Legi is a robust RSS Feed Reader with a range of features such as speech output, "smart playlists," full-text reader mode, and an offline mode designed for use with iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, and the Apple Watch.

An RSS Feed reader enhances the reading experience of blog articles, magazines, and news sites compared to using a standard web browser. With this app, users can subscribe to and efficiently organize their news feeds, ensuring they are always up-to-date with the latest information available within the app. Articles are displayed in a user-friendly format for comfortable reading, while also offering the option to view the original web version.

What sets Legi apart from other RSS readers is its speech output capability. This unique feature allows the app to read articles aloud in situations where manual reading is not possible, such as when driving or engaging in physical activities. The app includes a comprehensive audio player for speech output (featuring functions like Play/Pause and skip back/forward), resembling those found in music player apps. Moreover, the app seamlessly integrates with various music remote controls (including those on headphones or Apple Watch) allowing Legi to run in the background.

All articles are accessible in a convenient full-text reading mode that offers customization options like color schemes, fonts, and text sizes to align with users' preferences.

Legi's offline mode permits users to access articles even without an internet connection. Users can configure data loading settings based on connectivity conditions to optimize data usage, ensuring efficient Wi-Fi utilization while minimizing mobile data consumption.

Users can create personalized "smart playlists" for organizing articles independently of their feeds. Additionally, Legi extends support to several third-party feed management services including FeedWrangler, Feed HQ, FeedBlur, FeedBin, BazQux, InoReader, and The Old Reader.

The app offers various functionalities like saving feeds as favorites, importing/exporting feeds via OPML, utilizing ShareSheet for article sharing, among other features.

The Apple Watch app enables users to read or listen to articles via speech output directly on their device. This feature proves beneficial in scenarios where carrying an iPhone may not be practical, particularly during sports activities or other on-the-go situations.
